PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waterproof apparatus capable of solving the various problems caused by installing a grooved column in a state of projecting from a side wall of the doorway, by dispensing with installation work for constantly arranging the conventional grooved column. SOLUTION: A pair of right-left guide frame rods 7 and 7 having a guide groove 11 in the vertical direction for respectively fitting and inserting both right-left end parts of a water cut-off plate 8 for shielding the doorway 3 of a building, are detachably held via a holding means by guide rails 5 and 5 of an existing shutter 2 respectively arranged on right-left side walls 4 and 4 of the doorway 3 of the building.
