WET DUST COLLECTOR PROCESSING DUST PARTICLES AND GAS SYNCHRONOUSLY AND PROCESSING METHOD THEREOF

A wet dust collector for removing dust and gas simultaneously is provided to reduce the consumption of power and the installation area in a process of removing odor and harmful gases containing a large amount of dust, and maintain the initial efficiency although the wet dust collector is operated for a long time, and a method for removing dust and gas simultaneously using the wet dust collector is provided. A wet dust collector for removing dust and gas simultaneously comprises: a first dust collecting part(304) for receiving harmful gas containing dust flown in by suction force of an induced draft fan(316) to mix dust with cleaning water by the venturi action; a second dust collecting part(306) for mixing cleaning water with dust and cleaning water that have not been dropped to a dust slurry water tank(312) in a lower part in the dust and cleaning water mixed in the first dust collecting part, and harmful gas containing the dust dropped into the dust slurry water tank of the lower part to spray the mixture; a first gas-liquid separating eliminator(307) for separating the cleaning water sprayed from the second dust collecting part; a packing layer(310) for changing harmful gas passing through the first and second dust collecting parts into clean air; front and upper sprays(308,309) for uniformly spraying the cleaning water onto a front face and a top face of the packing layer; and a second gas-liquid separating eliminator(311) for passing through the clean air from which the harmful gas is absorbed. Further, partition walls and discharging holes are installed at the dust slurry water tank.
