PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a rotor core capable of further efficiently stacking a plurality of divided core plates and coupling them in disposing the divided core plates to form them in a circular shape, and stacking and coupling the formed core plates, and to provide the rotor core manufactured by this method. SOLUTION: The rotor core 10 has a configuration in which a first core plate 14 and a second core plate 18 forming each of layers are coupled in a stacking direction via fixing pins 22 in a state that first divided core plates 12 and second divided core plates 16 are circularly disposed and stacked. Between the layers adjacent to each other, the divided core plates 12, 16 are alternately stacked so that their ends can be shifted at predetermined distances. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
