PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce working manhour or assembly manhour in manufacturing and to decrease the number of parts in a gear pump or a motor provided with a casing with a body forming a gear storage chamber and a cover capable of blocking the gear storage chamber while being detachably attached to this body, a gear stored in the gear storage chamber, side plates attached respectively to both side surfaces of this gear, and a shaft separated from the gear and journaling the gear while passing therethrough. SOLUTION: The driving shaft 4 journaling the driving gear 2 is provided with a flange body 41 regulating the relative movement of the driving shaft 4 in a stretching direction between the driving shaft 4 and the driving gear 2.
