Disclosed are a system and a method for generating keyword instance-based ontology data. The system for generating ontology data, according to one embodiment of the present invention, may comprise: a data reception unit identifying a keyword extraction region from a received item data; a keyword extraction unit extracting a keyword from the keyword extraction region; and an ontology conversion unit outputting ontology data by determining the relationship between an item instance and a keyword instance corresponding to the keyword.
