PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nonexplosive crushing agent having crushing performance similar to conventional nonexplosive crushing agents, excellent in safety on manufacturing and handling by reduction of various sensitivity, not corresponding to hazardous materials in the Fire Service Act, and having no limitation of a specified amount during storing and handling.SOLUTION: There is provided a crushing agent composition containing metal oxide having an average particle diameter of 0.1 to 30 μm, metal powder having an average particle diameter of 20 to 60 μm, hydrate having an average particle diameter of 0.5 to 5 mm, and a binder, with a mass ratio of metal oxide/metal powder of 50/50 to 70/30, the hydrate of 20 to 50 mass%, and the binder of 0.1 to 5.0 mass%.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
