PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly transparent and highly heat resistant resin composition and a film thereof.SOLUTION: A resin composition contains an acrylic copolymer (A) having a glass transition temperature of 115°C or higher and an acrylic copolymer (B) having a glass transition temperature of lower than 115°C. A refractive index difference between the acrylic copolymer (A) and the acrylic copolymer (B) is 0.006 or less. The acrylic copolymer (B) is a copolymer obtained by polymerization of a monomer mixture (M) containing a macromonomer represented by formula (1).SELECTED DRAWING: None
