PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an albumin variant that hardly or no combine to FcRn having modified half-life in plasma compared with the parent albumin.SOLUTION: The invention provides an albumin variant, or a fragment thereof having at least 200 amino acids, or a fusion polypeptide containing an albumin variant or fragment thereof, which has a modified half-life compared with albumin, a fragment thereof, or a fusion polypeptide containing albumin or a fragment thereof.
