PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative sheet which has heat shielding properties and can prevent warpage due to infrared light.SOLUTION: A decorative sheet 3 is produced by providing a top coat layer 19 on one surface of a thermoplastic resin base material 11. The thermoplastic resin base material 11 shall be a polyolefin-based resin. The top coat layer 19 shall be an acrylic urethane-based resin containing a benzotriazole-based ultraviolet absorber. As a thickness of the top coat layer 19, a coating amount in a solid content is set at 5 g/mor more and 10 g/mor less. A printing layer 13 is provided between the thermoplastic resin base material 11 and the top coat layer 19. The printing layer 13 contains a black pigment. The black pigment shall be a perylene-based black pigment.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
