摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain a device easy to control the distance between reflectors and to install in spite of change of the lengths of the arm of a robot and a step part by installing two reflectors in parallel with each other and with a prescribed angle to the incident beam and making them rotatable and air-cooled. CONSTITUTION:An incident laser beam 41a is reflected by a reflector 37 to be changed into a laser beam 41b, further, reflected by a reflector 31, and outgoing in a different direction. Since beam guiding members 33, 36 can be rotated through bearings 34, 35, the outgoing beam 41c of the laser beam 41a can change the outgoing beam 41c round the laser beam 41b by an angle of 360 deg. and, therefore, can be used as a laser beam relay unit of a laser beam machine with a robot. Besides, since the reflectors 31, 37 absorb energy, they generate heat. Consequently, cooled air is taken in from an inlet 11, changes the flowing direction at a projecting part 13, the air is permitted to stay temporarily at staying parts 14, 15 to absorb the heat from the reflectors 31, 37 and discharge it outward from discharging parts 16, 17.
