<p>PURPOSE:To obtain excellent moisture and waterproof characteristics and to improve the insertion characteristics of the insertion of a wire rod into a tubular body made of a fine material with compressed air by forming fine projection parts which project inward on a resin layer formed along the internal wall surface of the tubular body. CONSTITUTION:The fine projection part are formed which project inward from the resin layer 12 formed along the internal wall surface of the tubular body 11 made of the fine material. For example, resin 12 which contains many particles 13 are made to flow into a metallic pipe 11 and stuck on the wall surface, and then heat drying and curing are carried out. Resin which shrinks in volume when setting is used as the resin 12, so when the resin sets, parts containing particles projects inward to obtain a conduit which has the projection parts. Therefore, when the wire rod stops at the time of its insertion, the wire rod is supported by the projection parts, so the wire rod is easy to move when the movement is restarted. Consequently, the wire rod for communication is inserted into the tube with pressure liquid to constitute a communication cable, and watertightness, chemical resistance, etc., are obtained.</p> |
