COMPOSITE SWITCHING CIRCUIT

PURPOSE:To provide a composite switching circuit which has the remaining voltage of a low level and the high rising/falling time together with the low loss, the high switching frequency and the large current capacity by connecting the SW circuits of two types or three types or more or each other and acquiring the desirable characteristic of each SW circuit. CONSTITUTION:The SW circuits 41, 42 and 43 of different types are connected in parallel between a 1st terminal 1 which inputs the current and a 2nd terminal 2 which outputs the current. Then a single drive pulse 3a is directly applied to one or more than two types of SW circuits, e.g. the circuit 41 from the outside. Thus the primary control is applied to the circuit 41, and the current flowing to the circuit 41 or the output voltage of the circuit 41 is detected by a detecting circuit 6. The output of the circuit 6 or the sum of the output of the circuit 6 and the external single drive pulse is operated and shaped by a drive circuit 8 to apply the secondary control for driving other circuits 42 and 43.
