PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure the power of an emergency power supply device which supplies a power to operate an amplifier in a communication line system by utilizing a solar energy. SOLUTION: A wiring box main part 1 equipped with an amplifier 3 and an emergency power supply device 4 for a communication cable and a solar system mechanism 10 which supplies a power to the emergency power supply device 4 are provided. The solar system mechanism 10 has a supporting pole 11 which is fixed vertically to the wiring box main part 1 with a fixing means 12 and a solar panel unit 20 which is attached to the supporting pole 11 so as to be directed freely in order to supply a power to the emergency power supply device 4. The solar panel unit 20 has a panel supporting means 22 consisting of upper and lower supporting parts 23 and 26 so as to fix and hold a solar panel S. The supporting pole 11 is divided into an upper part to which the solar panel unit 20 is attached and a lower part which is fixed to the wiring box main part 1 and the upper and lower parts are linked with each other by a linking means 30 rotatably.
