<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve productivity and assemblability of a caliper body and to reduce the number of machining man-hours after formation of a caliper body. SOLUTION: A pair of caliper half-bodies 4 and 4 molded in the same shape by a single mold are used in a caliper body 3. A union hole 23 and a bleeder hole are after-formed in the same shape in the caliper half-bodies 4 and 4 after molding, and the caliper half-bodies 4 and 4 in the same finishing shape are integrally coupled together through coupling bolts 14 and 14.</p> |
