PURPOSE: Provided is a new sterilizing agent which contains the extract of grape fruit and citrate. Therefore, the sterilizing agent has improved sterilizing effect on microorganisms and is used as food additives. CONSTITUTION: The new sterilizing agent which contains the extract of grape fruit and citrate, wherein the citrate is selected from sodium citrate, potassium citrate, and calcium citrate, and the ratio of the grape fruit extract to the citrate is 1:1.0-10.0. |
