PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain high efficiency by materializing the wide range tackling of a voltage resonance type converter. SOLUTION: The voltage resonance type converter is combined with a secondary parallel resonance circuit and a secondary series resonance circuit thereby putting it in the state of loose coupling approximately 0.7 or under in the coupling coefficient k of an insulated converter transformer PIT. Hereby, constant voltage control property is turned into steep single peak property thereby contracting the control range of switching frequency required for stabilization. Moreover, by the secondary series resonance circuit being combined, favorable property can be obtained as to power conversion efficiency. Besides, by the setting of primary parallel resonance frequency fo1, secondary parallel resonance frequency fo2, and secondary series frequency fo3, the efficiency can be improved more.
