MICRO-FOAM PRODUCTION APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a micro-foam production apparatus which produces more finely divided foam and gives no influence other than foam to the component of the system in which the liquid containing finely divided foam is supplied. SOLUTION: An acceleration and diffusion member 38 for finely dividing foam as a disk member is fitted with some space to the outlet of the liquid of a nozzle body 31 as a tubular member having orifice-like throat 32 therein. The acceleration and diffusion member 38 for finely dividing foam accelerates the fine division of foam and diffuses finely divided foam into the liquid to control the coalescence of foam by enlarging the pressure elevation after passing through the throat 32 and increasing the decay energy of the foam. Resultantly, the more finely divided foam is produced. The influence other than foam is not imparted to the components of the system where the liquid containing foam is supplied because only liquid and air is used. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
