MOLDING METHOD OF VOLTAGE TRANSFORMER FOR METERING OF HIGH RELIABILITY

A method for molding a transformer is provided to improve quality and durability by increasing the adhesion between a synthetic resin and an internal part. A method for molding a transformer includes the steps of: assembling parts which form the inside of the transformer(10) including a winding body of the transformer(10); inserting the assembled parts into a mold, and pre-heating the mold at 60 - 100 degrees centigrade; transferring the mold to a vacuum tank; injecting inflammable synthetic resin into the mold at a temperature of 60 - 90 degrees centigrade and under a vacuum below 1 torr; transferring the mold to a drying furnace; and forming the transformer by hardening the mold at 80 - 120 degrees centigrade under a pressure of 1kg/cm^2 - 5kg/cm^2.
