A keypad plate is provided to prevent the erroneous operation of a terminal such as the image distortion of a display and the noise of a speaker generated by unnecessary radiating noise by including a noise prevention layer. A keypad plate having a noise prevention layer includes a button sheet(210) of a metal material, a surface light emitting unit, and a floodlight sheet. The button sheet(210) has a button pattern which is arrayed to correspond to a button region for key input. The button pattern is defined by at least one separation slit which is formed on a peripheral region. The surface light emitting unit is located on an upper part of the button pattern to correspond to the button pattern. The floodlight sheet covers the button sheet(210) and the surface light emitting unit. The floodlight sheet has a noise prevention layer which is formed on a floodlight film in correspondence to the button pattern.
