A broadcasting receiving apparatus is provided to remove co-channel interference of a digital broadcasting service and an analog broadcasting service to improve confidence of a received signal. A broadcasting receiving apparatus includes a power calculator(130), a first signal information producing unit(140), a second signal information producing unit(150), and a signal determination unit(160). The power calculator calculates power of a channel-estimated signal. The first signal information producing unit outputs first confidence information of the signal according to CSI(Channel State Information) at the position of a sub-carrier of the signal output from the power calculator. The second signal information producing unit outputs second confidence information according to co-channel interference of analog broadcasting at the position of a sub-carrier in a symbol of the signal received from the power calculator. The signal determination unit outputs one of the first confidence information and the second confidence information.
