PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sealing device capable of positively preventing infiltration of muddy water. SOLUTION: The sealing device 1 disposed in a space between an inside member and an outside member rotated relative to each other and disposed concentrically, is composed of a side plate 2 having a cylindrical part 2a fittingly fixed to the outer peripheral surface of the inside member, and a disk part 2b continuously formed radially outward from one axial end of the cylindrical part 2a; and a seal body 3 fittingly fixed to the inner peripheral surface of the outside member. A sealing device outer-side side face 2b2 of the disk part 2b of the side plate 2 is located on the inner side of the sealing device rather than a sealing device outer-side end face 3a of the seal body 3.
