PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce costs with a simple structure, and quicken cutting of a fin material. SOLUTION: This corrugated fin cutting device continuously transfers a corrugated fin material 1, and shears a bottom of a valley part 12 of the transferred fin material 1 between a stationary blade 5 and a movable blade 4. In synchronization with the transferring speed of the fin material 1, the movable blade 4 rotating toward the transferring direction of the fin material 1 on a bottom dead center side of a rotary trajectory having a predetermined inclined angle on a rotary face against the transferring direction of the fin material 1 is made to enter from one shoulder part 11a of the valley part 12, and to diagonally rotate and move toward the other shoulder part 11b, so as to shear the bottom of the valley part 12 of the transferred fin material 1 between the movable blade and the stationary blade 5.
