The purpose of the present invention is to provide a magnetic sensor unit and an endoscope provided with the same, with a simple configuration which allows both good bending maneuverability and the necessary strength to be retained. To this end, the present invention comprises: a magnetic sensor 33 which is shaped like a column in a longitudinal direction and includes a signal input/output unit 33a on a distal side thereof; a cable 34 which has a distal end that is juxtaposed with the distal end of the magnetic sensor and which contains at least two conductors 34a, 34b which are to be connected to the magnetic sensor; and a wiring connection unit 35 which is provided on the distal end of the cable and connects the at least two conductors with the signal input/output unit on the distal side of the cable. |
