PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carburetor with fuel cut means for reducing the amount of fuel to be supplied from the carburetor to an intake passage during the deceleration of an internal combustion engine, for simplifying the structure of the fuel cut means and the shape of the internal of a float chamber, while eliminating an electrical drive part to eliminate the need for specially considering heat generation countermeasures and lead wire layout and achieve a lower cost.SOLUTION: A carburetor C includes a float chamber 4 outward of which there are provided an atmosphere introduction path A having one end communicated with the middle of a bleeding air passage Bs and the other end communicated with a passage portion 18 of a fuel passage Ls between the float chamber 4 and an intake passage 2 where bleeding air mixed fuel flows, an on-off valve V for normally closing the atmosphere introduction path A, a negative pressure introduction path Pv for introducing intake negative pressure from near a throttle valve T or the intake passage 2 on the downstream side thereof, and a negative pressure actuator AQ to be operated with the intake negative pressure to open the on-off valve V.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
