The present invention relates to a method for producing a water screen water spraying pipe installed in an external house of a vinyl greenhouse having a dual structure to form a water screen on the surface of an internal house while spraying water supplied from a water supplying unit. The method comprises: a spraying pipe body producing step of producing a spraying pipe body connected with the water supplying unit to have a predetermined length corresponding to the vinyl greenhouse by molding a flexible material into a pipe shape; a spraying nozzle producing step of punching a plurality of spraying holes for spraying water in a part of the spraying pipe body, and weakening strength of the surroundings of the spraying holes to make the spraying holes formed to protrude by water supplying pressure of the spraying pipe body; and a blocking step of blocking one end part of the spraying pipe body.
