The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a vertical friction boiler, wherein the vertical friction boiler comprises: a housing (130) having an inlet (110) at a lower part and an outlet (120) at an upper part; a friction body (131) installed to come into contact with an inner side surface of the housing (130) and installed to be spaced at a regular interval between an upper and a lower surface in the housing (130); a motor (150) coupled to the upper part of the housing (130) and having a rotational shaft (151) passing through a coupling part (152) to rotate; a driving shaft (170) having one end coupled to the rotational shaft (151) and the other end coupled to a lower finishing plate (190) to be able to rotate in the housing (130); and a rotating body (180) coupled to the driving shaft (170), and the lower finishing plate (190) is installed to be spaced at a regular interval in a lower end part of the housing (130). The rotating body (190) is configured of an upper plate (181), a lower plate (182) and a rotational plate (183) multiply stacked between the upper and the lower plate (181, 182) in a prefabricated type. The present invention manufactures the friction boiler in a vertical type, thereby being capable of being easily installed even in a narrow space, producing the rotating body, coupled to the driving shaft, in a prefabricated type by coupling unit type parts to be firm, and separating or assembling the unit type parts of the rotating body according to capacity of the friction boiler when used, thereby being easy to manufacture and reducing manufacturing costs. |
