摘要

PURPOSE:To provide the artificial dialysis device equipped with an ultrafiltration rate measuring instrument which is excellent in terms of feasibility of continuous monitoring of a ultrafiltration rate during dialysis and feasibility of an adequate dialysis treatment for a patient. CONSTITUTION:The artificial dialysis device having a dialyzer 3 constituted by partitioning the flow passage for blood and the flow passage for dialyzate for the spodoporous metabolism in the blood by a dialysis membrane is equipped with the ultrafiltration rate measuring instrument 16 which is provided with flow rate detectors for detecting the dialyzate flow rates respectively on the dialyzate inlet side to the dialyzer 3 and the dialyzate outlet side form the dialyzer 3 and continuously measures the ultrafiltration rate as the removal amt. of the water to be dialyzed from the inside of the blood by computing the outputs of the respective flow rate detectors.
