PURPOSE:To eliminate sink marks of a foam molded product by using the slight amount of pressurized gas without utilizing a large-scale means based on the counter pressure method for a foam molding method and a device thereof. CONSTITUTION:In a foam molding method and a device thereof, pressurized gas composed of gas to be generated from kneaded molten resin in a cylinder 5 is compressed fed preliminarily in a cavity 4 of a mold 3 in the mold closed state, and then molten resin is filled in the cavity 4 to mold a foam molded product of smooth surface and without sink marks. |
