PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flame-retardant polycarbonate resin composition excellent in high flame retardancy and in appearance and also in hydrolysis resistance. SOLUTION: The flame retardant polycarbonate resin composition comprises 75-99.98 wt.% aromatic polycarbonate-based resin (A component), 0.01-5 wt.% polytetrafluoroethylene-based mixture (B component) comprising polytetrafluoroethylene particles and an organic polymer, and 0.001-20 wt.% flame retardant (C component).
