PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polypropylene film excellent in slip characteristics, scratch resistance, block resistance, dispersibility, FE characteristics and yellowing resistance over a long period of time and having a good transparency. SOLUTION: This polypropylene film is obtained by blending 0.01 to 0.5 pt.wt. spherical synthetic silica particles having 1 to 6μm mean particle diameter, 50 to 250 m<SP>2</SP>/g specific surface area by BET method,≤1 ml/g pore volume and≤150 ml/100 g amount of an oil absorption based on 100 pts.wt. propylene-based polymer consisting of a propylene homopolymer or a propylene/α-olefin copolymer.
