The present invention relates to an organic light emitting device, and an organic electroluminescent display device comprising the same. The organic light emitting device comprises an anode, a hole transfer layer, a luminous layer, and a cathode. The hole transfer layer includes a host material, and a first hole transfer substance and a second hole transfer substance having different hole mobility. The organic light emitting device has an optimal charge balance by improving roughness and morphology of an interface between the hole transfer layer and a blue light emitting layer.
