FIELD: dry dust catching equipment used in chemical, textile, food-processing, light and other branches of industry and designed for purification of dust-laden gas flows. ^ SUBSTANCE: cyclone group has cyclones of basic series, common collector for dust-laden gas flow, common collector for purified gas, dust hopper, unit adapted for preliminary purification of dust-laden gas flow and located directly in common collector whose hopper is connected through bypass air duct for conveyance of dust with common dust hopper. Bypass air duct is made in the form of two branch pipes with angle therebetween within the range of 135-175 deg, or in the form of one branch pipe with angle between axis of hopper of unit for preliminary purification of dust-laden gas flow and axis of said branch pipe within the range of 0-45 deg. Preliminary purification unit for purifying dust-laden gas flow is made in the form of inertial dust settler comprising hopper, casing with wedge-shaped guarding members mounted within casing and fixed in its upper part, with apexes of said wedge-shaped members facing toward hopper and said members being made from springy steel, inlet adapted for dust-laden gas flow and connected with common collector for dust-laden gas flow, and outlet branch pipe adapted for purified gas and connected to common collector for dust-laden gas flow. ^ EFFECT: increased efficiency and reliable dust catching process. ^ 4 cl, 3 dwg |
