<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that when a third person exchanges the ink type of a printer on a network, a printer driver does not notice the fact that the ink type is changed. <P>SOLUTION: Just after pressing a print execution button of the printer driver, ink type information is acquired from the printer.
