PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioning ventilation fan which can be used as a circulator as well. SOLUTION: This air conditioning ventilation fan comprises a first passage 35 and a second passage 36 which mutually independently communicate with the inside of a room and the outside of the room a heatexchanging means 39 which performs a heat-exchange between the first passage 35 and the second passage 36, a first fan 61 which is installed in the first passage 35 and draws outdoor air and discharges the air to the inside of the room, a second fan 62 which is installed in the second passage 36, and draws the air in the room and discharges the air to the outside of the room, and a passage changing means which forms a third passage 38 comprising at least one of the first passage 35 and the second passage 36 by shutting off the first passage 35 and the second passage 36 from the outside of the room, and at the same time, by which both end parts of the third passage 38 communicate with the inside of the room by an upper ventilation port 41 and a lower ventilation port 42 on the indoor side. |
