<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize traveling method of a linear motor transportation truck which enables traveling on a steep slope part of a traveling line. SOLUTION: In a place where a thrust is necessary such as a steep slope part of a traveling line 2, linear motors 1A, 1B are constituted on a plurality of surfaces 11A, 11B of a transportation path 12, thereby ensuring a large thrust. The thrust is increased or decreased by the number of driving linear motors. A superposition region 88 of sensors 8A is arranged in transferring parts in the entrance sides and the exit sides of zones 13A, 13B and sections 14A, 14B, thereby eliminating warpage of a detection pattern. Positions of exciting coils 4A, 4B of the linear motors 1A, 1B on the plurality of surfaces are mutually shifted by fixing pitch of the exciting coils/(the number of fixing surfaces×the number of permanent magnets). As a result, valleys between peaks (ripple) of the thrust are complemented and smooth driving is enabled.</p> |
