PURPOSE: A fluid meter using a permanent magnet is provided to obtain a digitally converted flow ratio in real-time for precisely controlling the flow ratio information and temperature of fluid in combination. CONSTITUTION: A fluid meter using a permanent magnet includes a separator(25) formed with a discharge tube(22) attached with a temperature sensor and a supply tube(21), an impeller housing assembled with a housing cover(15) and the separator and mounted with an impeller(17) inside, and a module cover(13) for fixing the coupled impeller housing and the separator and mounted with a detection wing inside, wherein as fluid is discharged via an inflow of the impeller housing assembled inside the separator, the impeller rotates for generating a magnetic force from a permanent magnet(14) on a boss(24) to rotate the detection wing by a permanent magnet(18) integrally formed with the detection wing, so that the detection wing passes a detection sensor(12) fixed on the module cover and signals transmitted from the detection sensor are converted into digital signals per time by a controller connected to a photointerrupter.
