The invention relates to high gas barrier packaging films exhibiting good shrinkage and containing an antifog composition for modified atmosphere packaging to preserve and enhance the shelf life of food and non-food oxygen sensitive items. The films can have the following structures: (A) nylon/adhesive or tie layer/PE/EVOH/PE with antifogging agent contained in it or coated on it, or (B) nylon/O<2>-barrier layer/adhesive/PE with antifogging agent contained in it or coated on it.
