<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly and accurately carry out the arrival slip processing of merchandise between a producer and the market with little help. <P>SOLUTION: A producer executes baggage preparation for delivery merchandise, and registers delivery information in the market by using telephone (S11), and automatically registers it by a computer at the market side (S12). The market side transmits the registered information in a delivery slip format to the producer by FAX (S13). The producer side attaches the slip received by FAX to the delivery merchandise for delivery (S14). The market side receives the baggage which has arrived and the slip attached to the baggage, and carries out baggage inspection by collating the baggage with the slip (S16), and confirms the baggage information by collating the baggage information mentioned in the slip with the automatically registered information (S17).
