PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop a conventional toilet seat cover sheet set which can be used widely and generally for various kinds of conventional toilet bowls. SOLUTION: In the conventional toilet seat cover sheet set, a sheet holder and a cushion are made separate, the paper holder can be used singly, a cushion sheet is not used, but an adhesive means which can be mounted to the toilet seat of an existing toilet bowl is used instead and the sheet holder is made of degradable material.
