<p>The invention relates to a connecting housing (10a-d) for at least one optical fibre, that comprises bearing means (60a, 60b) for at least one optical fibre turn. The means (60a, 60b) is capable of defining minimal and maximal curvature radii for the turns. The housing (10a-d) is arranged so that it allows a modification of the turn curvature radius by moving the housing (10a-d) relative to a portion of the fibre located outside the housing (10a-d). During a step of an optical fibre connection method, the housing (10a-d) is moved relative to the portion of the fibre located outside the housing (10a-d) so that the curvature radius of the turns varies between the minimum and maximum radii.</p> |
