The present invention provides a system and a method for measuring performance of a program. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the system for measuring performance of a program comprises a code insertion part and a collection part. The code insertion part inserts a measurement code into each of at least one functional block forming a program to measure performance of the functional block. The collection part collects information of a functional block, which is determined as a functional block having deteriorated performance by the measurement code, of the at least one functional block when performing the program. According to the present invention, the position of the functional block where performance is deteriorated is provided to a user in real time.
