A forming apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a container including a first inner wall plane, a second inner wall plane located oppositely to the first inner wall plane, an inner bottom plane connecting the first inner wall plane and the second inner wall plane, and an accommodation groove formed on the inner bottom plane; a holder including a penetration part which has a lower part thereof connected to the bottom of the accommodation part through an elastic body, and is separated from the first inner wall plane, and borders a part of the second inner wall plane, and is separated from another part of the second inner wall plane, and is penetrated from the first inner wall plane to the second inner wall plane; a formed body inserted among the holder, the first inner wall plane and the inner bottom plane; a restrainer which is inserted into the penetration part, and has one end bordering the formed body, and has the other end bordering another part of the second inner wall plane; and a punch which is installed to be able to push the formed body and the holder in a state of bordering the same. The forming apparatus and the forming method of the present invention can prevent bending due to buckling using the restrainer.
