An assignment of the present invention enables an operator to accurately control a device using a remote controller for an existing electronic device connected to the device using a predetermined communication line. An operation learning device comprises a transmission unit for transmitting a screen data signal for displaying a predetermined screen to induce the button operation of a remote controller corresponding to the support in an electronic device or other electronic devices connected to the electronic device; a reception unit for receiving a control signal capable of specifying the button operation in response to a wireless control signal received from the electronic device; a learning unit for generating an operation learning table which stores the counterpart of the predetermined operation specified by the control signal; and a specification unit for individually specifying the predetermined operation corresponding to the respective control signals.
