PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a light shielding member from affecting light entering into a light guide body.SOLUTION: A lighting device 10 has: a light guide body 11 having a light entering hole 14 into which light 13 from a light source 12 enters, and an emission part 17 for emitting the light 13, which enters from the light entering hole 14, from a position of an outer peripheral edge part toward an outer surface side; a light shielding member 19 which covers the outer surface of the light guide body 11 excluding the emission part 17; and a light entering member 15 which is inserted into the light entering hole 14 and reflects the light 13 from the light source 12 toward the emission part 17.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
