PURPOSE: A method for fabricating vinylbenzylstyrylpryridium salt is provided to easily form a fluorescent surface pattern or a color filter pattern on a color cathode ray tube by radiation curing reaction while irradiating a ray. CONSTITUTION: Hydroxystyrylpyridine reacts on potassium carbonate under a solvent of ethyl alcohol. Vinylbenzyl chloride is added thereto and refluxed to precipitate vinylbenzylstyrylpryridine by pouring precipitation solution into distilled water. After percolating and drying vinylbenzylstyrylpyryridine, dimethylsulfate is added to the vinylbenzylstyrylpryridine, fabricating a monometer of the vinylbenzylstyrylpryridium salt composed of a vinyl group, a benzyl group, and stylpyrydium group. |
