<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten time required for preparatory wire insertion work, and to enhance its workability by sucking air inside a duct line from its outlet, and inserting a preparatory wire deformable easily and light-weight into the duct line by an air flow. SOLUTION: The tip part 9 of a sucking flexible pipe 8 (being a flexible hose or corrugated pipe made from translucent resin, and capable of looking arrival of a preparatory wire 10 with the eye) of a suction apparatus 7 is caused to adhere closely to the wall part of the periphery of the outlet 6 of a duct line 4. If the suction apparatus 7 is driven with the tip part of the preparatory wire 10 pushed slightly into the inlet 5 of the duct line 4, the preparatory wire 10 is sucked into the duct line 4 at a high-speed, and inserted within several minutes. The preparatory wire 10 is made of a nylon string of a diameter of 5-20 mm, and has at its tip part a large air resistance part 10a of a diameter two times or more formed by folding a rubber or resin string. Consequently, it becomes possible to insert a preparatory wire in an extremely short working time not only into a straight duct line but also into a curved duct line or duct line in which a cable has been laid already.</p> |
