A trigger actuated aerosol spray cleaning device (10) having a cleaning head (24) mounted by a quick disconnect coupler (52) to be independently pivotal about at least two axes. In one form, the coupler (52) has a body with a socket (120) receiving a plug end (124) of the cleaning device which is retained by a button (128) actuated, spring (132) biased latching ring (126) preventing axial separation from the coupler until the button (128) is depressed. In another form, spring (206) biased opposing jaws (200) releasably clamp the head (24A) to the device (10A). A swivel member (214, 216) pivotally mounts to either the coupler body (88A) or opposing jaws (200) along one axis (90A) and to the cleaning head (24A) at a second axis (62A). The swivel action in either case can be temporarily disabled by a sliding locking feature.
