A fabricating apparatus for a flat display device is provided to enhance a yield of the flat display device by rightly depositing a thin film material on a substrate through the substrate and a mask with an enhanced align. In a fabricating apparatus for a flat display device, a mask(160) partially blocks a thin film material intended to be formed on a substrate(128). A plate(139) arranged on the opposite side of the mask(160) on the basis of the substrate(128) is divided into the N number of areas via a slit so as to pressurize the substrate(128) to the mask(160). |
