ROUND-TYPE CERAMIC HEATER AND MANUFACTURE METHOD THEREOF

A round-type ceramic heater and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to secure safety by improving heating speed and maintaining the amount of current regularly with a low temperature resistance coefficient. In a round-type ceramic heater(10), a resistance printing layer(14) with a desired resistance characteristic is screen-printed on a ceramic green sheet(12). A ceramic heater mold is formed by forming a protection layer(16) to protect the resistance printing layer(14) on the resistance printing layer(14). The ceramic heater mold is sintered by being mounted to a firing jig. A lead line(18) is connected to the resistance printing layer(14).
