PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oscillation circuit which outputs a stable oscillation output at high speed, with respect to the oscillation circuit including a buffer amplifier for buffering an oscillation output of an oscillation circuit section. SOLUTION: The oscillation circuit includes: the oscillation circuit section; and an output amplifier for outputting the oscillation output of the oscillation circuit section, wherein a start voltage of the oscillation circuit section is made different from a start voltage of the output amplifier, and the output amplifier is started after the oscillation circuit section is started.
